But you can call me Jo. I’m a Chicago based wedding, brand, and portrait photographer with a love for documenting life’s fleeting moments and capturing people both authentically and artfully. My style is nostalgic, documentarian, and sensory. When you look back at my images, I want you to remember how it felt. How the sun felt on your nose. How his fingers brushed the hair behind your ear. How your daughter’s tiny hand used to fit inside your own. When all is said and done, these are the moments that matter the most. The moments when life is distilled down to pure love and connection. I am here to create and to connect with others, and it’d be a privilege to do that with you in the most artful, raw, imperfectly perfect way I know how.
